Dear <<First Name>>
Happy New Year. I hope you have had a lovely festive period and are looking forward to the year ahead.
It's so nice to know that, wherever we are and whatever we are doing, we are all part of the u3a Friends community - and this spirit will carry us forward into the New Year.
You can watch a message from Liz Thackray and I at the bottom of this newsletter express.
I look forward to hearing about what your u3a gets up to in 2024.
very best
Sam Mauger,
Chief Executive

u3a Festival 24
This year, the first ever u3a festival is taking place at the University of York between 18-20 July.
There will be a wide range of activities, from sport to music and workshops. We'll be sharing a programme in the next few months. To get a sneak peek of what to expect, read more on the u3a Festival 24 page and watch our Festival vlogs about the planning process so far.

Learn something new
We run online learning events for u3a members and in January you can join in with yoga, meditation, mathematics - or learning about the French painter, Toulouse-Lautrec. See all these on our events page.
