Hello Friends,

As we wrap up 2023, we're reflecting on another exciting year of growth and development:
  • We hired a full-time warehouse coordinator, Josh, and our Reclaimed Lumber Warehouse, and its online store, is now officially open to the public
  • We grew our deconstruction field crew to 10 amazing people, and they completed a tremendous amount of work this year
  • Our crew salvaged over 4 million lbs of material for reuse and recycling!
We continue to build relationships with general contractors, homeowners, architects, and serious DIYers as we aim to keep building materials out of the landfill and offer a deconstruction service that makes everyone involved feel good.

Thank you for being part of our community, and feel free to stop by our reclaimed lumber warehouse sometime!

Sincerely,
Anna Perks
Owner & Founder

Whether it's upcycling materials, donating them or downcycling them, we always make sure to partner with the most ethical and responsible recyclers and nonprofits. Learn about our nonprofit partners and what we do with materials that can't be reused on our latest blog.

ICYMI: Perks Deconstruction Featured in 5280 Magazine

We want to thank 5280 Magazine for following our deconstruction story and including it in an informative article about Denver’s “Waste No More” ordinance. We look forward to seeing how the journey of creating new recycling markets for demolition waste unfolds in Colorado, and we are hopeful that the City of Denver and major recycling stakeholders and players in Colorado will work together to create working solutions!

RECLAIMED INSPIRATION

One of our Warehouse customers used a reclaimed fence panel and other reclaimed materials to build this beautiful holiday display! We love to see our materials inspire gifts and decorations for the holidays.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Commercial property deconstruction project in Louisville, CO

We recently finished a commercial tenant project in Louisville, Colorado, salvaging some nice barn doors, metal cabinets (sold to a woman retrofitting a bus), some office chairs, floor tiles, other items, and lots of scrap metal. Overall, we kept 41,932 lbs out of the landfill!
