About Rebecca Mottin
Rebecca was born and raised in Australia and has a professional dance background. She is a keen nutritionist who brings a sense of healthy living into her own life and the importance of physicality. She was drawn to Garuda training because of its physicality and the honing of the body to be stronger, leaner, more mobile and resilient. Unexpectedly she also discovered it taught her to have a deep quiet confidence within herself. This she believes we all need and which inspired her to become a Garuda teacher. She has been training exclusively under James’ guidance for the last six years and has intricate knowledge and understanding of the repertoire

and Physiotherapy Treatment consultations
if required between Christmas and 7th January.
These sessions will be held three mornings a week: Wed 27/12 - Fri 29/12/23 and Tue 2/1 - Thu 4/1/24
