As 2023 comes to a close, we invite you to join us in reflecting on the year we’ve had. At St. Peter’s Kitchen, we share space in the high and low seasons with our guests, rejoicing in their joy and mourning in their grief. This has been a very challenging year for many friends of St. Peter’s, and we hope you can help.
We are seeing a substantial increase in the number of neighbors coming to the Kitchen for emergency food assistance. The number of families served by our pantry increased 30% compared to last year. Some months, we served double the meals of the year before.
We are blessed to rise up to meet this significant increase in need and serve our guests. However, producing double the meals requires more food, volunteers, and resources. Can you help us continue to care for so many neighbors in need?
