The MCC Sunday School, a beacon of learning and growth for our children, proudly includes a special needs class—an embodiment of our commitment to inclusivity and care. This program is not just a class; it's a promise to ensure that every child experiences the joy and enrichment of Sunday School, irrespective of their challenges.
However, our special needs class is currently facing a critical juncture. We urgently need volunteers—compassionate individuals like you—who can dedicate a few hours of their Sundays to make a monumental difference in these children's lives. Your involvement would mean engaging in activities that bring smiles and learning to our students: from art and crafts that spark creativity to outdoor activities that build camaraderie, and assisting them during classwork and breaks.
Here are the specifics of this noble task:
Time Commitment:
Every Sunday, from 10:50 am to 1:00 pm, in line with the school calendar.
Duties:
Assisting in art and craft activities, participating in and supervising outdoor play, aiding students during classwork and break times, and collaborating with other volunteers to maintain a welcoming and organized classroom environment.
