HAPPY NEW YEAR, D2 Neighbors!!!

As a personal trainer and fitness instructor, I love the start of a new year! I love it when I pull into the parking lot of my gym and it's difficult to find a parking space. I get excited when I walk into the wellness center and all of the ellipticals are taken. I am eager to welcome all of the new faces into my class so that I can help them reach their health and fitness goals. The air is electric with excitement and renewal.

That’s exactly how I’m feeling starting this new year, a 2nd year serving my neighbors in the 2nd District. I hope that you and your family are also stepping into 2024 with an eager anticipation of great things to come.
