The PTG is bringing to you the Competency Playground! This is an opportunity to hone your skills and develop speed and accuracy on skills such as string splicing, tuning pin coils, key and flange bushing, etc... There will be 14 learning stations for both members of PTG and non-members. We hope to get to know people who may not be aware of what PTG is and has to offer. It will also be a good opportunity to learn or practice RPT technical exam skills.

Please bring a tablet or phone and headphones so that you can view videos. Tools and materials will be provided, as well as a light lunch and snacks. Please do not bring your own tools. Anyone who completes at least 8 stations will receive 10 useful tools, made by Jim Busby. Some are new tools that you haven’t seen before. If you don't complete 8 stations, you will still receive a free blow distance/checking gauge and another tool of your choice. A handout with instructions will be included, with a link to a video which demonstrates how to use them.

If you plan to attend PLEASE fill out this RSVP form.
It will be used to make sure we have enough food, so it is very important.

Additionally, since non-PTG members are invited, please forward this email to anyone who is interested so they can fill out the RSVP form as well.

*Please note this will NOT be held on the 3rd Thursday*

The Salt Lake Chapter maintains an online directory of chapter members. This tool can help you to become acquainted with your fellow members. The directory is also available to the public.

Please review your information for accuracy here: slcptg.org/members  Please email Duane McGuire with any corrections.

Ideally each member would have a photograph, and a short bio describing their piano work. If your listing is missing these elements, please email Duane McGuire with that info so that he can include it.

Also please review the listings of your friends in the chapter. If their listing is sparse, please encourage them to complete it.

Thanks,

Duane McGuire
