The Friendship Dining Program is for people over 60 who would like to make new friends, participate in fun activities, and hear from local experts on a variety of topics as well as enjoy a nutritious meal. Friendship Dining Centers are conveniently located in East and West Manatee County. In some instances, transportation can be provided. All Friendship Dining Center clients receive a daily meal, providing one-third of the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA), and are approved by a registered dietitian. Scholarships may be available.
