Friday 5pm-9pm

Saturday 10am-6pm

Sunday 10am-4pm

• One contest entrance will be given to anyone who purchases tickets online or at the door prior to Saturday, January 27 at 3pm.

• Our giveaway winner will receive $1000 in gift certificates that can be spent with any of the vendors at the show.

• The contest winner will be drawn at 3pm on January 27 on the main stage. (Winner will be contacted directly. Attendance not required.)

• Gift certificates can be spent during our 2024 show, before the event closes on Sunday January 28 at 4pm as well as at our 2025 show.

Full Conference - $175/person

Wednesday only or Thursday only, no overnight - $65/person

Pre-conference training - $75/person + course fee (TBD)

Cost for non-member camps of MCA or CCI:

Full Conference - $200/person

Wednesday or Thursday only, no overnight - $75/person

Pre-conference training - $85/person + course fee (TBD)

1:30 – optional Tour at Gimli Bible Camp (and Camp Massad, weather permitting) *if GBC only, then 3pm

4-6 – Arrival & Registration at Camp Arnes

6 pm – Supper

7:00 pm – Keynote Session 1 – Joel Hilchey

8:00 pm – Fun, interactive Trivia Nite hosted by Camp Arnes staff

9:30pm - Networking, board games, night skiing or hike & late-night snack (fire? tractor ride?)

Wednesday March 6 – MCA & CCI/Canada MB Linked

8:30 am – Breakfast

9:30 – 10:45 am – Breakout Sessions #1 (3 options, see below)

10:45-11:15 – Coffee break

11:15-12:30 pm – Breakout Sessions #2 (3 options, see below)
