Camporee Ticket RESALE Guidelines

IMPORTANT NOTICE

If after reading this notice you decide to buy or sell a resale ticket under your own responsibility and risk, please consider these principles:

1. Never sell your ticket to a person that is not a member of a Pathfinder Club or a Seventh-day Adventist Church.

2. Only buy resale tickets from people you know and trust, that bought their tickets from the official
website (www.camporee.org). READ MORE...

Beware of Scammers

Now that Camporee is sold out, many clubs are still in desperate need of tickets - and they may be vulnerable to scammers. Don't buy tickets from people you don't know or trust. Don't send money to people whose offers seem too good to be true. Please follow the camporee ticket resale guidelines.

Also, as reported by the International Camporee on their Facebook page, "there seems to be a scam pretending to be Pastor Ron asking for gift cards that’s being sent around the NAD. Please ignore, this is NOT PASTOR RON. He would never ask for your funds. Please share this. Thank you!"
Day Passes

If you live in the United States or Canada, you may purchase single day passes through your club account to ensure that each day pass holder is approved by the club director and has a background check. Guests who have purchased Day Passes must find accommodations outside of the Camporee grounds; no overnight camping will be permitted. A limited number of Day Passes will go on sale beginning April 1, 2024.
Single Day Pass: US$ 75
Day pass holders may park in any open parking lots. View the Camporee Map. Day Pass hours: 6am – Midnight

Solicitation

Each Pathfinder, including staff, is encouraged to look for at least 10 people as sponsors (preferably family and relatives – not necessarily fellow church members). With a donation of $15 or $20 (that’s up for the club to decide), the donor will receive a round camping lantern (with the imprint of both the Pathfinder and BTP logos) as a token of appreciation. Note: No tax receipt will be issued.

Camping lanterns will be available early February 2024. So hurry and order now!

Note: Volunteer tickets are still available. Interested individuals who are willing to do 8 hours per day of volunteer work are urged to register via www.camporee.org or  https://s2.goeshow.com/cye/ic/2024/volunteer_application.cfm .

Prerequisite: Submission of Vulnerable Sector Check or Background check.
Send your direct message to serge@cye.org.

Medical Breathing Devices (CPAP)

At each Camporee there are individuals that use special breathing machines while they sleep. We are suggesting you bring your own power source such as a battery pack breathing unit, as there is no special camping area just for breathing machines. A large percentage of the campground has electrical power outlets in camping areas.

Anyone with this type of need should contact Vern Byrd for possible accommodations. If prior accommodations are not made, you will have to make your own arrangements to stay at a local hotel.

Share Your Talent

Pathfinders with special talents or musical skills are invited to audition for the choir. There are two choirs – a virtual choir and a live mass choir. The virtual choir will sing one piece, and the mass choir will sing two pieces. Mass choir participants must audition for both mass choir songs. The audition deadline for both choirs is May 1, 2024.

Baptismal Challenge
