“Fibers and Flavors” Scheduled at Former Governors’ Mansion State Historic Site
BISMARCK, N.D. - The Former Governors' Mansion State Historic Site will be hosting “Fibers and Flavors” Saturday, Feb. 10, 1-4 p.m. Fiber craft enthusiasts, bring your crochet, knitting or preferred fiber craft projects to work on in the ambiance of the Former Governors’ Mansion. Materials will be available for kids and kids at heart to make a valentine craft.
The event is free, and hot cinnamon punch and cookies will be served. All ages are welcome; children must be accompanied by an adult.
The Former Governors’ Mansion, located at 320 East Ave. B, Bismarck, is managed by the State Historical Society of North Dakota. Admission is free. The Former Governors’ Mansion is open 1-5 p.m. the second combined Friday and Saturday of each month or by appointment. For more information, call 701.328.9528.
