Attention: High School History Stars!
Did you know that you can turn your passion for history into cold, hard cash? Well, almost. The Hiram Halle Prize was established in 2016 as a competition among Pound Ridge students attending any high school to create an engaging project that highlights an important aspect of Pound Ridge’s history. A $2,000 prize is awarded by the Pound Ridge Historical Society to the most original, thoughtful, and best-executed project that brings a piece of our town’s amazing past to life. In addition to a monetary prize, winners have the opportunity to be showcased in the Pound Ridge Museum and to present their project to the Pound Ridge Historical Society.
