MANS Offers High School Sewing Class

Beginning Feb. 8, Mamawi Atosketan is offering a high school sewing class called Redesign, Recycle and Restore. The primary project in this class will involve creating an embellished and blinged jean jacket. As the theme of the class is to redesign, restore and recycle, we are kindly asking for materials that may be laying around someone’s house, rather than purchasing new materials.

Volunteer Musicians for Camp Meeting
With the Alberta Conference Annual Camp Meeting fast approaching and plans on the way, here is a call to all the talented musicians of the Alberta Conference. We are seeking vocalists and instrumentalists for solo and ensemble performances. Additionally, we are looking for Praise and Worship Teams to lead the worship sessions during the nightly meetings. So, if you are a soloist or part of a team and are interested in presenting music during this year's Camp Meeting at Foothills Camp, please email music@albertaadventist.ca.

32nd Annual Ryley Winter Fest
January 26 - 28

This year's Winter Fest is a spiritual enrichment combined with family-like alumni fun hockey festival. For more information and to enter a hockey team, please contact Kent Grinde at (780) 781-7034 or email grindellfarms@gmail.com.
Friday, Jan 26: Vespers will be held at Ryley Adventist Church at 7:30 pm.
Saturday, Jan 27(All day): Sabbath services will be held at Good News Church in Ryley, AB, with a fellowship dinner provided.
Hockey games and family skating will take place at the Mundare Arena in Mundare, AB, starting Saturday night at 5:30 pm and continuing all day Sunday from 8:30 am.

Violinist Hayden Wiseman Concert - Calgary Central
Saturday | January 27 | 5PM 
Australian gospel violinist Hayden Wiseman, will present sacred and inspirational violin classics. Hayden’s wife, Paula, will feature on flute.
Admission is free. A free will offering will be collected. CDs, DVDs, and USBs will be available.

Prayer Challenge - The Name 
February 1 - 28 | 6AM & 6PM

You're invited to call on The Name together! The Alberta Conference Prayer Ministries Department is hosting a prayer challenge titled 'The Name.' Throughout February, we will meet over Zoom at 6 am and 6 pm for 30-minute devotional prayer sessions. Each day, we'll focus on a different name of God. We will come together to share about that name and to pray for a deeper appreciation of Him. We'll also lift up our daily praises and needs in prayer. Join as many of these sessions as possible so that our Conference grow closer to God and each other!

Burman University is thrilled to announce that UBUNTU’s annual concert, Unsung, at College Heights Adventist Church. This year, we celebrate 5 years of music making, community building, and the pursuit of excellence.
 
The concert is free, but we encourage you to bring a donation for Ubuntu’s Spring Tour to The Bahamas. Please consider donating to Ubuntu’s ministry
