Sequel Architecture Open House
You may have noticed we have a new neighbor in Woodland Heights, at the old barbershop site. Here's a message and invitation from Steve Wilke-Shapiro and Sequel Architecture:
Dear Woodland Heights neighbors,
You may have noticed that the former barbershop building at 2513 Woodland is once again occupied during the day! We appreciate your understanding as we managed what ended up being a really intense process to nominate the building as a local landmark and complete a major rehabilitation. A sincere Thank You to everyone who supported this vision.
You're invited to stop in to see the (mostly) finished building:

Sequel Architecture + Interiors is a small firm with a focus on rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, and sensitive new construction. We are happy to help people navigate through design and permitting for projects as small as a porch or deck all the way through a whole-house remodel (plus larger projects like the Ingersoll Theater). I know it's cold, but if you're starting to think about spring construction or remodeling projects on your home, please feel free to reach out - we'll see what we can do to help!
