Empowering Communities: Solar Milestones from Schools to Sustainability

Welcome to our latest update! Thanks to your support and our successful year-end fundraiser, we're not only celebrating recent achievements but also looking forward to new ventures that promise to extend our impact. Here's where we stand and what's on the horizon:

  • Schools Aglow: Our solar schools program has brightened six more educational institutions, creating enriched learning environments for students.
  • Water for Life: This month, we're installing our first solar water pumping and filtration system in Chennai, thanks to the Brother's Brother Foundation. Additionally, as part of our solar schools and clinics program, three more water filtration systems, funded by Grand Circle Foundation, are set to provide clean drinking water for two schools and one clinic.
  • Puerto Rico's Progress: Our flagship project in Puerto Rico, also backed by Brother's Brother Foundation, begins installation on Monday, marking a major leap in our renewable energy efforts.

What's Next:

  • Expanding Education: With the generous support of Saxo Bank, we're gearing up to launch another solar school project next month, furthering our mission to illuminate educational paths.
  • Safe Streets: Our pilot Solar Street Lighting Program is set to improve community safety and connectivity, bringing sustainable light to public spaces.
  • Empowering Women in Solar: In collaboration with Bindi International and with support from the Foundation For Sustainable Innovation and ERM Foundation, we're excited to initiate the Women in Solar Training Program. This initiative is designed to empower women with essential solar energy skills, fostering gender equality and enhancing community sustainability.

Stay tuned for detailed updates and inspiring stories from these projects. Your ongoing partnership fuels our mission, and we're deeply thankful for your continued support.

Teamwork in Action: Our dedicated team installs solar panels at RPS and KPS Schools, bringing sustainable energy and new opportunities to rural Lucknow.
