Makerspace Meetup
Join us February 25th for a dynamic Atlanta Area Makers Meetup! We'll host a -Cuterie Competition, Art Making for the free little art gallery, non-perishable Food Drive for the free pantry, and yes, we'll have the button maker and a kid's craft ready to go. This is a free open house, so come on out and make friends with fellow builders, creatives, and life-long learners!

Solar Science Celebration
Shine a light on your creative curiosity with Decatur Maker's Solar Science Festival! From experiments in the sun to eclipse simulations, from solar powered Make & Takes to 3D Printed, Laser Cut, and E-Shop eclipse viewer creations, people of all ages will enjoy sunny maker merriment. Celebrate the sun, learn new creative skills, and take home an Eclipse Viewer to continue your cosmic explorations during April's solar eclipse!

Superhero Science Night
*Partnering with CMA at the museum
Calling all superheroes! Bring your brains, your brawn and your best supersuit to CMA's Superhero Science Night! Celebrate science and superheroes in all their many forms with special activities tying into art, engineering and, of course, science! Learn, play and strike a pose with some of your favorite supers to send off the first night of the Science Festival in truly spectacular fashion.

Heather & Nicole led a full Introduction to Sewing Class last Sunday, in which they taught fellow members how to make aprons.
