At our Board meeting this week, we went around the table and shared what about Propel ATL brings us joy. Some folks talked about their passion for making real change, others talked about the impact that we have on so many people in Atlanta whether they know it or not.
There’s also nothing like the joy on someone’s face when they learn to ride a bike for the first time or when they can roam Peachtree Street during Atlanta Streets Alive without worrying about cars.
We are lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with our community, collaborate regularly with our representatives, and help to bring sustainable transportation to our neighbors – all of which is already in full-swing in 2024.
The Propel ATL team is hard at work activating on our Policy & Infrastructure Agenda, planning the Blinkie Awards, and gearing up for our Transportation Roundtable on February 20th featuring Atlanta City Council members including:

We’re also in the process of growing our team, expanding our Street Campaigns, and getting ready for e-bike outreach and education. We’ve got a lot going on at the moment – maybe all the time – and we’re grateful to have you along for the ride. There’s always infrastructure improvements to be made, campaigns to be advocated for, and neighbors to support; our work is never done.
