Spring 2024 courses will be both online (on Thursdays) and in-person (on Fridays), while a few will be held off campus (on different dates). Here are some key dates for the upcoming spring semester:
Thursday, February 22: Spring catalog available;
Thursday, February 29, 9:00 a.m.: Course registration begins on a first-come, first-served basis;
Thursday, March 14 through Friday, May 3: Classes are held on Thursday (on Zoom, March 14 - 25) and Friday (on campus, March 15 - May 3);
Varying Dates: Off-Friday offerings (see catalog for specifics by course).

ProClass Catalog
ProClass shows the spring courses on a search page on the LLI website under Courses>ProClass Registration Link. Click on the button below to access this link.

Click the Search button on the left of the page to find courses of interest by time period or course type. The Search page shows details about each course; click the course name to see even more information about it, including description of the content and the instructor's bio.
Log in to ProClass to use the Wish List feature. Once you are logged in and you see your name in the upper right corner, simply click on the red button under each course to add a course to your Wish List. Click the Wish List link next to your name to view the courses on your Wish List.
You will need to log in to ProClass to register for spring classes. If you need help logging in or using the Wish List feature, contact techhelp@lli.bard.edu.

The catalog is also accessible on the website by using the button below. As in the previous semesters, click a course to expand the display to see details about each course. (The same course descriptions are displayed in ProClass.)

Course Registration
Registration opens on Thursday, February 29, at 9:00 a.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive a registration reminder email message the day before registration starts.
Only members who can log in to ProClass may register for courses. You may want to test this now! Contact the tech help team at techhelp@lli.bard.edu if you have any questions about logging in to ProClass or using Zoom. They will get back to you as soon as they can.

Spring 2024 COVID Vaccination Policy
LLI’s policy regarding COVID-19 is aligned with Bard’s. The requirement that all members, presenters, and guests be fully vaccinated and boosted remains in place.
During the spring semester, our plan is to continue with the “mask- friendly” policy that worked well last semester. Anyone who wants to wear a mask on campus is welcome to do so, and presenters can set a mask policy in their own classrooms. In fact, at least two presenters will require that masks be worn in the classroom (Carol Bassin for The Bauhaus and Annie LaBarge for Why Tai Chi?); details will be provided in the spring catalog. It is important for members to remember to carry a mask with you in case you need one.
Moreover, out of consideration for others, we ask that no one attend class or any other LLI event if you are feeling unwell, including dealing with a persistent cough, sniffles, or other signs of easily communicable virus.
Members will not be able to register on ProClass for any in-person class until they have presented proof of vaccination, including at least one booster. Vaccinations are not required for classes presented on Zoom.
If you have not already done so, please email your proof of vaccination, including at least one booster, to registration@lli.bard.edu. You may email a photo or screenshot of your CDC COVID-19 vaccination card or digital NYS Excelsior Pass. Members are reminded to wear their lanyard at all times while on the Bard campus or at an LLI event off campus
