Stakeholder Notice for Permanent Rulemaking
On October 24, 2023, the State Housing Board added an Emergency Rule to our Administrative Rules. The State Housing Board will hold a public hearing to consider making this rule permanent. This rule will allow a modification to the standards for factory built structures when a state of emergency has been declared (new Rule 2.15.3). This new rule is the only change to be considered to the previously adopted Administrative Rules. This rule has been discussed by the Technical Advisory Committee, which made minor changes to the language of the original rule.
The hearing will be on February 13, 2024 at 1 pm. This is a virtual meeting. This public hearing was published in the Colorado Register on January 10, 2024. You may see the new rule as published in the Proposed Rules by scrolling down to Rule 2.15.3.
