Improved Emergency Closure Form Now Available

The Idaho Department of Education’s website now has an improved version of its Emergency Closure form available. Some examples of changes are:

  • The form no longer requires a signature. Instead, it asks for the superintendent or charter school administrator’s name and phone in order to certify the information.
  • The Excel sheet is protected so only the green cells are able to be selected or modified.
  • The form can now be emailed as an Excel file or PDF.

Please note that the form should be submitted within a few school days of the closure. Once available, board minutes showing approval of the emergency closure should follow.
