  1. Now Hiring for the 2024 Season: We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Lifeguards and Snack Shack attendants for the upcoming season. Applicants must be at least 15 years old to be considered. If you or someone you know is interested, please complete the online application available here.
  2. Updated Rules and Regulations: Following feedback from our members, we have made some revisions to our rules for the 2024 season. Please take note of the following changes regarding unaccompanied minors.  We also need to reinforce rules around food / drink consumption close to the pool.
  • Highlights are listed here:
    • Unaccompanied Minors: For a child to be left at the Skyline Swim Club facilities alone, without parent or guardian, the child must be:
      • a member of the pool and must be at least 12 years old and pass a club administered swim test.
      • A 12-year-old at the pool without supervision by a parent or guardian is not allowed to bring a guest to the pool and is not allowed to be responsible for younger siblings.
    • Once a member child reaches the age of 16, they are allowed to bring guests and/or be responsible for themselves and younger siblings.
    • Food and Drink Consumption
      • No food of any description may be eaten on the pool apron (the concrete area surrounding the pools). Canned drinks may be consumed on the pool apron so long as they are kept at least four feet from the pool edge and disposed of in trash containers immediately.
  • Please understand that the safety of our pool members and guests is the highest priority.  For further information, please refer to our Pool Rules and Regulations and Pool Bylaws.
  1. Fee Adjustments for 2024: Due to rising costs and minimum wage increases, we have made some adjustments to our fees and payment due dates:
  • Annual fees are due on or before April 15th each year. Dues paid after April 15th will incease by $25. Any dues not received by Memorial Day will be considered late and will be assessed a late fee as well.
  • Maintenance fees will increase from $45 to $50 which are refundable if volunteer commitments are met.
  • Summer memberships will increase from $350 to $375.
  • Guest fees will increase from $7 to $10
  • Please refer to the members page on our website for additional information regarding fees and payment deadlines.
  1. Supporting Fellow Members: We kindly ask for your support in assisting two of our fellow pool members who are going through challenging times. Details of their fundraisers are provided below:

We are eagerly anticipating another fantastic season at Skyline Swim Club and can't wait to see you all there. Thank you for your continued support and involvement.

Warm regards,
The Skyline Pool Board
