No transactions between non-deployed accounts will be possible.
Only deployed accounts will be able to purchase educational modules.
Only deployed will purchase deals in Dealshaker and ONE VITA products.
Only deployed DS merchants will be able to sell their deals.
Only deployed accounts will use the DS conversion pool.


All newly registered accounts (after 18. February 2023) are already part of the public blockchain and do not need to be deployed additionally. Each IMA can choose certain accounts to be transferred. In this case, they must pay a fee for each separate account.

COVER THE DEPLOYMENT WITH ONEs?
The Company continues its contribution to the deployment fees and allows 50% Cash & 50% ONEs as a payment method.

ONE ECOSYSTEM top management made a decision to continue supporting the deployment to the public blockchain! After a detailed financial analysis and due to the project's stability, the Company will cover 50% of the fees for the public blockchain deployment. This decision allows us to implement a 3rd payment method - 50% Cash and 50% ONEs.

As previously communicated, it is not possible to use ONEs to cover the deployment fully or partially, so the Company will cover 50% of the deployment costs, accepting the equivalent in ONE from each member. 

Bear in mind that these fees are one-off, and already deployed accounts will NOT be required to pay additional charges. 

Also, deployment to the public blockchain is mandatory for each IMA who would like to actively use their ONEs and participate in the OE in the future. All IMAs with non-deployed accounts will continue having access to those but will not be able to make any transactions.

I believe that everyone understood how important this is!”, added Mr. Buenavar.

DEALSHAKER IS DEVELOPING FASTER IN ASIA
China, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, and India are in the top 10
 
"Delashaker is developing faster in the Asian markets. In our statistical charts for the 10 best by different results markets, 6-7 places are taken by Asian countries - China, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, and India are some of them. China is the biggest market and it doesn't have any other equal or close to its numbers. That is why we are making great efforts to support the processes there”, said Mr.Ivan Zerkov, Chief Operating Officer DEALSHAKER Global during his participation in the Newsroom show.

He added that much more educational content translated into Chinese language is created. “The most important is that all businesses and deals are under the jurisdiction of our Approval department. Our goal is to bring back the Chinese market to the standards we have by following the local regulations and international legislation, and by working closely with the merchants to improve the content they are adding to the platform”, Zerkov said. He added that each new business is reviewed and approved by the Country manager of the respective country.

“In some countries, we have implemented an Area managers structure. To ensure that the Dealshaker’s standard is implemented in the right way, from the last quarter of 2023 we formed a separate department consisting of administrators who are checking and processing the deals. There are some product and service categories respectively subcategories that are monitored and the deals there are processed only by the Approval Department - for example: real estate deals, vehicle deals, as well deals with high value are checked too, and constant feedback is given to the CMs and the merchants”, said Zerkov.

MERCHANTS FROM 4 COUNTRIES CAN CHOOSE THEIR AREA MANAGERS 
Uganda, Colombia, South Korea, Italy and soon in China
 
All merchants in Uganda, Colombia, South Korea, Italy, and soon China can choose which AREA MANAGERS to approve their business and be responsible for their deals. Area managers have been introduced in only some countries, and are not mandatory for all countries, which usually have their Country managers.

These changes happened a few months ago when regions, called Areas, were implemented into the system. This became necessary due to geographical, administrative, or purely organizational reasons, but the goal is one - better management in the country. In some countries it is necessary, in others, it is by the CM's wish.

On the Dealshaker platform, when merchants add a new business account, in the address field they are able to choose a country. Since there are new areas already added in this country, the merchant will see a drop-down menu to select a region. The selected area manager will be responsible for your business and deals and will approve them in the future.

The implementation of area managers will boost the development of the market with more local teams working on the field and will improve the management of geographically huge territories in smaller areas to focus on the sales and service in the working process with the merchant. This point applies to China, for example, where there are many provinces with huge territories.

NO CONDITIONAL DEALS ALLOWED ON DEALSHAKER
Instructions for the DS Country Managers
 
Dear CMs,
Bear in mind that publishing and approving any conditional deals is not allowed in the DEALSHAKER. Make sure you carefully read the description of each deal, and in case there is any condition put regarding payment, delivery, etc, that breaches the DS T&C, you need to reject this deal. 

If the merchant wants to publish a deal with a certain percentage of ONEs included but has put in the description that delivery of the products will be completed after the ONEs part has been converted through the DSP, this deal has to be rejected as this condition violates the DS T&C. The DS Country managers are responsible for the accuracy of the deals, and if such deals are approved by the CM, he/she will be held accountable. 

Be careful, take enough time to carefully check the deals you approve, and let's make sure our customers enjoy high-quality products and services and do not become victims of unloyal merchants!
DEALSHAKER KYC 

Some deals must be confirmed by the KYC department.
 
We are thrilled to share some exciting updates with you regarding the approval process for high-value items on our platform. In line with this objective, we are implementing a new procedure to enhance the approval process for items such as jewelry above 500 euros, real estate properties, and cars. Going forward, these items will not only be subject to the review of the Dealshaker country managers but also require the approval of our KYC (Know Your Customer) team before they are published on DS.

This additional layer of scrutiny aims to provide an extra level of assurance to our valued community members. By involving the KYC team in the approval process, we will ensure that merchants offering high-value items meet the necessary criteria and adhere to our strict quality standards.

The KYC team will carefully assess each item to verify its authenticity, value, and legitimacy. This thorough review process will help safeguard against any potential fraudulent or substandard offerings and maintain the reputation of the Dealshaker platform.

KYC- APPROVED ONLY CAN EXECUTE CASH OPERATIONS
Active users can deploy their accounts

We remind all members that only users with "Аctive" status, who have successfully completed the KYC verification process, uploaded their personal documents proving their identity and address, and have been approved by the KYC department, can execute cash operations.

Only Active and KYC accounts are able to: send or receive cash, reserve cash & coins, request withdrawal, and convert ONEs to/from DSCP.

The verification process is carried out in order to protect each user in the ONE ECOSYSTEM and to minimize the risk of illegal activities, such as money laundering and terrorist financing. To get active status, each user has to upload his documents to My profile - KYC. All personal documents and data are fully protected and only the KYC department can access them, which carefully reviews and checks each document.

If all your documents are correct, you will be approved, your profile will be verified and automatically activated. Only in this case you can use all the features and functionality of the system, send and receive ONEs, convert funds, or pay for the deployment of your account.
 
FEE ON CASH TRANSFERS

€0.20 per cash transaction is charged from 1st February 2024. 


As a financial service provider that meets all regulatory requirements, ONE ECOSYSTEM implemented a fixed fee of €0.20 for all outgoing transfers through the system's Cash wallet. This amount is a single fee independent of the amount transferred. The same fee is applied to cash transactions between accounts consolidated under one profile.  

The change does not affect shopping on Dealshaker. You can enjoy and shop millions of deals worldwide on our e-commerce platform with no additional fees. Any purchases from our catalog will also not be affected.

E.g., Account A is sending € 10,000 to Account B. This means Account A will cover €0.20 fee for this transaction. Two transactions will be visible in the sender's cash wallet transaction log – one for the amount transferred and one for the fee.
SIMPLIFIED BONUS PROCESS

Effective 2024, the Trading wallet will no longer be used. 
 
To improve the regulatory framework and technical requirements and facilitate our members, in 2024, the Trading wallet will be removed. This change is purely technological and DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY ACTION FROM USERS.  
 

Receive your bonuses directly into tokens!
 
Currently, Direct Sales Bonuses have been distributed in the following proportion: 60% go to the Cash wallet, and 40% go to the Trading wallet. The Start-Up bonus is paid entirely in EUR in the IMA's Trading wallet, and the user has to convert them into tokens to receive ONEs. After the payout of bonuses, the funds will be auto-converted into tokens. This will simplify the whole process.  
 
Faster, easier, and secure  
 
This action will be improved soon for the benefit and convenience of our Members. The bonuses will be received directly as tokens in the Promotional Tokens Wallet instead of the Trading Wallet. This will be an automatic operation that will significantly ease the process of converting EUR into tokens. 
 
All transactions and conversion operations in our system are secure and meet the highest safety standards. Transactions using tokens are recorded on a decentralized blockchain, increasing transparency and trust in the system.  

Our digital tokens are more secure than physical assets, stored on a secure, encrypted blockchain. This change will remove the need to store and transport physical assets, simplifying custody and reducing the associated costs and risks.

All codes are valid within 90 days from the date of purchase

We would like to remind all IMAs that as per the Company policy, all codes expire in 90 days after the order was placed. Please note that these codes cannot be replaced, refunded, or used beyond their expiration date. We kindly request you to make a note of the expiration date mentioned with each code and ensure that you redeem them before the expiration date. After this period, the codes will no longer be valid and cannot be extended or reactivated.

We would also advise all IMAs to finalize their payments as soon as possible after placing the order, so that they can redeem their codes within the 90-day period.

1. Go to "My Wallets." 
2. Enter the "Top-up Cash Wallet" on the top
3. Choose the amount you want to top up and enter all the requested information without the " Pay with FIO request (optional)." 


Just so you know, if you decide to top up by BTC, it may take some time to process.

AN ANNUAL FEE FOR IMAs EARNING AN INCOME

The Back-office will continue to be free for everyone activating their accounts and to have access to the Education Modules.


IMAs who earn income in the Network during an annual/12-month period will be required to pay either 10€, 20€, or the maximum of 30€, depending on their income, for example (100+, 1000+, or 10,000+ euros).

This fee will be automatically deducted, and the entire sum will be deposited into the account of the Country Board to which the IMAs belong!

This account will be controlled by the Country Board, and it will be used in the best interest of IMAs in that particular country.
