Share The Hope!
Help get the word out by sharing information on the upcoming evangelistic series April 5-May 4 through your personal social media accounts. It's a simple four-step process:

1. Visit the online registration page at http://RevelationTodayEvent.com/Anchorage.
2. Select the Share link in the top navigation.
3. Choose the social media accounts that you have and share a prebuilt invitation onto your chosen platforms.
4. Send email invitations to friends and family by using the Email Invitation system located on the same page.

Anchorage Hispanic Outreach
The Anchorage Hispanic SDA Church is reaching out to the community through a series of meetings April 5-13th. Featured speakers/musicians are Immanuel Isaac, Moises Ferreira and Angel Ferreira. Every 40 seconds, someone in the United States experiences a heart attack. You can't change some risks, like family history or age, but you can avoid these five behaviors that increase your risk for heart disease, heart attach and stroke.

Reaching Health Goals
As the days grow longer around the state, Alaskans begin thinking of summer and the end of hibernation. We make the goals to do some type of daily activity: walk, hike, tennis, golf, etc. But, making a goal and reaching them are two different things. Here are a five strategies to help you stay motivated in reaching your wellness goals.
