In this meeting of the u3a Aviation Network, Capt John Hutchinson shares his 15 years of experience as a British Airways Concorde Captain.

John Snow and the hunt for the source of cholera in Victorian London
Wednesday 20 March at 10am

In 1850s John Snow provided evidence that cholera is a water borne disease. We’ll discuss the role of John Snow and ask why he died without recognition.

Secrets of the Human Brain: Talk Three: Brain & Behaviour

This talk explains that we have ‘’old’ and ‘new’ parts of our brain and both parts drive our behaviour, by Dr. Bob Pullen of Prudhoe u3a.
