Join us for Planners' Day of Service!
April 13 • 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Are you interested in integrating youth into your planning initiatives? Are you committed to building lasting connections with historically marginalized communities, while also contributing to the diversity of our profession?

This year's Planners' Day of Service also acts as a conference Mobile Workshop on the first full day of NPC. Help us support Minnesota’s largest Girl Scout Troop to launch the first-ever City Planning Patch! Participants will learn youth engagement strategies and take part in interactive activities with more than 100 local girl scouts!

There are 3 ways to support Planners' Day of Service this year:
  • Support at from home or work! Help us fill backpacks and hygiene kits for homeless youth and Children’s Hospital Hope Kits at NPC24 by purchasing items from our Amazon Wish List at this LINK!

  • Onsite at NPC24! Help end period poverty! Purchase any period product and place in a marked donation bin at NPC24. Products will be added to “Period Packs” and donated to local schools and youth organizations in MSP!

  • At the NPC24 mobile workshop! Register for the Girl Scouts of America: Future Planners mobile workshop through the NPC24 conference portal. You will be reimbursed for the $45 registration fee at the event!

Thank you for supporting WPD in this year's Planners' Day of Service! Reach out to women.apa@gmail.com if you have any questions.
