Oops! We forgot to mention that our Monday yoga class at 1:00 p.m. with Diane is continuing in March. It's the perfect way to start your week with a stretch and a smile and the secret ingredient to a stress-free week. (or at least the day).
This class is a gentle approach to traditional hatha yoga, incorporating vinyasa flow, traditional postures, relaxation techniques and breath work to increase health and well being for all participants.
*Please note there is no class on Monday March 18.
