Easter Egg Hunt at Former Governors' Mansion State Historic Site
BISMARCK, N.D. – An Easter Egg Hunt will be hosted by the Former Governors' Mansion State Historic Site on Saturday, March 23, at 2 p.m. Children should bring their own baskets to hold the prize-filled plastic Easter eggs they find. Sweet treats and lemonade will be served. The event will be outdoors and is free of charge. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The mansion will be open for self-guided tours and playtime in the attic playroom from 1 to 3 p.m.
The Former Governors’ Mansion, located at 320 East Ave. B, Bismarck, is managed by the State Historical Society of North Dakota. Admission is free. The mansion is currently open the second Friday and Saturday of each month from 1 to 5 p.m. To make an appointment outside of regular hours, contact Site Supervisor Johnathan Campbell, 701.328.9528 or jcampbell@nd.gov.
