Welcome to the House of Charity!

I was saddened to hear the news recently that The House of St Barnabas was to close. It reminded me that I'd written this blog a few years ago about the building itself and what it could tell us about how we present ourselves to the world. Let’s be prouder, and less apologetic. We make our community a better place. Let’s show that we know it, and that we’re delighted if our neighbours and passers-by want to be a part of it.
