Dear Ones,

Our Garden is growing as we Bloom 🪷 together!!! 2024 brings renewed energy and refreshed spirit to the studio… and we thank you 🙏🏻 for being so supportive of us!!! Cristal and I are enjoying the many blessings bestowed upon us by the presence of Bloom’s Heartful 💓Village. It’s wonderful to be alive in a sacred garden full of folks committed to discovery, healing, laughter and growth within the many paradoxes, blessings and challenges of life.

As we enter this new phase of Blooming (post-pandemic), we have decided to keep our classes smaller and not implement the expanded business plan for our Union Avenue studio relocation (4 years ago). Folks appreciate the additional personal space and care, overall lower weekly volume of people through the studio, and consideration for a safer, cleaner, healthier, and more intimate environment. If those attributes are of interest to you, we invite you to come share Whole Health Yoga with us.

The 21st century seems to find folks even more in the gyrations of their minds, overwhelmed by thoughts and emotions, and unhealthy ways of trying to cope or escape.

Whole Health Yoga is a deeper practice where we learn how to be present and listen to the wisdom within our Whole Being not just our mind. We discover through practice how to tend to the body’s overall health and wellbeing. This “kind” of yoga is not about external physical yoga performance.

It’s an inside job focused on discovering how to best care for yourself through awareness, movement, breath, and meditation. And the best gift 💝 of all, is learning how to merge the wisdom discovered on the mat into your daily life.

As Whole Health yoga teachers, we can help folks use yoga:

  • to develop their physical stability, mobility, and balance.
  • as a complementary tool for mental health challenges.
  • to build greater self-awareness.
  • for self-care.
  • to develop a greater sense of agency.
  • for nervous system self-regulation.
  • for spiritual growth.
  • for stress reduction.
  • for health promotion.

Our study and practice with Kristine Weber of Subtle Yoga, since the onset of the pandemic, have been full of life changing treasures. We are delighted to have the opportunity to share these deeper insights and meaningful techniques with You!!!

In the Spirit of Blooming 🥰,
Sharon and Cristal
