Spam truly transcends its canned meat origins to anyone who loves food history.
Introduced during WWII, it became a symbol of both American aid and wartime hardship. Today, it's a beloved ingredient, creatively incorporated into regional dishes and even celebrated in festivals, reflecting a region’s unique culinary identity. Join us for a delicious exploration on what Spam means to Asia and the Pacific Islands with some of our favorite pop up chefs to explore this topic by securing your order here.
