In partnership with the Greater Sacramento Urban League, The UC Davis Clinical and Translation Science Center (CTSC) is expanding the Clinical Research Coordinator Foundation Training program. A Clinical Research Coordinator, or CRC, helps manage clinical trials at UC Davis Health which is in high demand and does not require a college degree.

2024 marks the seventh year peregrine falcons have nested at UC Davis Health. Since at least 2015, these birds arrive every March to lay their eggs that hatch around 34 days later and stay until June.

The Kyle J. Taylor Foundation (KJTK), in collaboration with UC Davis Health and Project ADAM Sacramento, is again hosting a free youth heart screening event to identify youth with undiagnosed heart conditions. This is the fourth time this event has been hosted with a total of 1,122 youth screened and 24 of those were identified with serious heart conditions.
