| Sarah’s first week at Grow, the week of March 4, was focused on meeting the staff and every individual Grow serves. She enjoyed an enthusiastic welcome from each individual she met. Everyone was eager to shake hands, share their names, and talk about what they did over the weekend. When not learning names, Sarah wasted no time in getting up to speed on departmental priorities and plans. Her past career with DDS will prepare Grow well for its upcoming DDS audit. Grow is bustling with activity! Grow will be scheduling an Open House for families and caregivers to meet Sarah as well.
In Sarah’s words, “ I am honored to guide Grow and its vision to remain steadfast in achieving our mission of connecting people of all abilities to opportunities. Our future trajectory involves a dedicated commitment, not only to preserving our mission but also to innovating and diversifying our services, proactively meeting the ever-changing needs of our community.” |

Staff Shout Out- Marie | We want to recognize a valued staff member person that has a heart for the Individuals we serve here at Grow. She is our very own Driver in the Transportation Department, Marie Jolobois- Cesar. Marie returned to Grow with an individual one afternoon because no one was at his home due to a family emergency. She stayed at Grow beyond her scheduled shift until a plan was coordinated by DDS, and then she drove the individual home and spoke with the caretaker to confirm his supervised plan. She truly cares about the well-being of all individuals at Grow, and those individuals Van 2 have a special place in her heart! Thank you Marie for going above and beyond! |
