Sunday Service

Gender and Rabbits and Bears, Oh My!

Sunday, March 17th
10:30am
Join us in person or Zoom!

How do we respond to anti-democratic movements in our civic lives, both individually and as a congregation? How can our response support those most vulnerable to direct attack and inequitable legal protections? CB will talk about their experience as a queer, trans non-binary educator and activist who has studied and worked in opposition to nationalistic anti-democratic movements, and invite us to reflect on our next moves.

Cottage/Social Suppers

Every spring the Northlake community gathers in one another’s homes to share a meal, enjoy the company of one another, and to share in the joy that is being a part of the Northlake community. All suppers start at 6pm unless otherwise stated. The hosts will provide the main course and attendees will then be tasked with bringing another course for the meal.
  • March 16th supper, this Saturday hosted by Dave and Judy, still has spots open.
  • March 29th supper, hosted by Ellie Peterson in the Sanctuary, children and youth are welcome to attend this event and we will have activities available for them.
  • April 5th supper, hosted at Mary De Friel’s home, is restricted to those who are comfortable climbing stairs.
