With just under three weeks until the official start of the Winter Season, it’s time to pay your Fees and Registration if you want to take to the field this April!

Fees must be paid before the first game of the season or you will be ineligible to play.

As many of you will know, our fees changed in 2023 to incorporate umpiring costs, and save you digging down the bottom of your bag on match day for a fiver!

Given this means a higher upfront payment, if you'd like to spread this out we are once again offering payment plans, which divides the cost of fees over four payment cycles (though note that paying upfront will result in a small discount). There's also an option to sign up for a five-game MUHC membership, which includes training and games in line with the HV five-game membership.

The fee structure still accounts for our students, masters and adult players, and coaches still get a fee waiver.

Please note: HV Registration is a separate fee and can also be split into five-game or full season payments. Both HV and MUHC fees must be paid (or a payment plan selected) before your first game.

The club is still on the hunt for a couple of coaches for some of our Women’s Pennant B and Pennant D grades. Taking on a coaching role with the club offers a unique insight into the role of management and training and, to sweeten the deal, also gives you a fee waiver for the year!

Other benefits include the opportunity to attain your coaching accreditation (funded by the club) and to receive mentoring from senior coaches.

So if you fancy yourself as a bit of a Ted Lasso, dust off your clipboard and get in touch!

Updated Training Times

Many of our squads have been hard at work in pre-season training for the past few months and we’ve had some great pitch time at Melbourne Sport Centre in Parkville.

As the season kicks off, our training times may vary slightly and new times (which will remain in place for the rest of the season) will be communicated to players through their coaches, and can also be found on the Training section of our website.

Save the Dates

The social butterflies of your MUHC committee have already been hard at work planning some of the social events that you can look forward to throughout the year!

The first of those events is our Opening Night get-together at our new home venue, The Provincial. Don’t forget to use The Pass app to get your 10% discount and to build up points towards future purchases!

We are also delighted to announce that this year’s Presentation Night event will take place on October 5. More details will follow throughout the year but mark your diaries now for the biggest and best night of the year!
