Welcome Antigone!

Spring has arrived, bringing sunshine and the promise of warmer days ahead. We can't think of a better way to embrace the changing season than to celebrate with an exciting new linen yarn from the heart of France. De Rerum Natura Antigone has arrived at the studio, and we can't wait to cast it on!

Antigone is crafted from ten strands of meticulously combed flax, resulting in a luxurious, smooth linen yarn that feels comfortable on the skin. Each skein provides 284 yards of sport-weight yarn, which you can work up at a loose gauge to highlight Antigone's beautiful drape while working with a tighter gauge produces even stitches.

Antigone is perfect for making garments and accessories that feature textured stitches, cables, and lace detail, as the yarn will hold its shape beautifully, showcasing these elegant stitches.
