Happy Friday afternoon all - no, this is not a mid-month edition of my Newsletter!

The 70km CN Cycle for CHEO is something I participate in every year, it is an amazing event that raises money for The Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, and more specifically research and support for children battling cancer. This is the only time of the year and only cause I will ask for your donations for, so please consider donating via this link, or if you would like to participate in the event yourself and raise even more funds for this great cause, even better! If 70km sounds a bit daunting to you, don't worry, there are other distance options to choose from! The date this year is Sunday, May 5th.
