Dean Lisa Kitko to Chair American Heart Association's Council on Cardiovascular and Stroke Nursing

Dean Lisa Kitko, PhD, RN, FAHA, FAAN, was chosen to lead the Council on Cardiovascular and Stroke Nursing, which serves as an international home for cardiovascular nursing science, provides resources for professional development, and advocates for nursing and cardiovascular and stroke conditions across the lifespan. Alumna Jessica Tambe '22N (MS) Receives National Award in Neuroscience Nursing Education

Jessica Tambe ’22N (MS), a graduate of the Master's in Nursing Education program, was named the recipient of the Excellence in Neuroscience Education Award at the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses’ annual conference. The award recognized her trailblazing work as a stroke nurse educator at Strong Memorial Hospital. Read more.
