Hi <<First Name>>,

Did you know Manshine needs crew volunteers? Crew volunteers are men who help us out with odd jobs over the weekend and can get a ticket discount in return. Call Chandan on 0469 361 495 to find out more.

Manshine 2024 is now just 2 weeks away. Here are six more workshops that have joined the program!
Sexual energy is powerful, potent and wild. How do we harness sex so it can be expressed from a place of passion, compassion and playfulness? All our senses need to be activated in our body, mind and spirit. This workshop will begin to expose your essential, true, sexual and loving Soulful Self through awakened conversation, breathwork, making noise and movement, along with pockets of silence.
The past can feel like a heavy bag of old books we always carry, slowing us down with weighty tales of regret, betrayal and loss. As we grow and change, the meaning of things changes too, yet we seldom consciously revisit old tragedies or lost loves to find new meanings that might lighten the load on the journey towards our best life. This workshop is about refreshing our relationship with the past.
Have you ever had an intention to head in one direction in life but something within causes you to go another? If so, maybe your Shadow is running the show. The Shadow only has power when we fail to see that it is there. Shadow Work is about becoming conscious of—and owning—our entire experience of being in the world. When we can see the full landscape we can choose to act differently.
Shamanic breathwork is a powerful and potentially profound experience that uses the breath to achieve an altered state of consciousness and journey deeply within yourself. Enter a dream-like state and access and resolve past traumas, explore the spiritual realms, meet with loved ones who've passed away, or connect with spiritual guides, deities or animal totems.
Changing the world is an inside job! Embrace the joyful energy of the morning sun and the power of the group to energise your body through Daoist Qigong. This practice includes breathing techniques, relaxation, fluid movement and improving body awareness, cultivating connection and reducing stress. This is a very accessible form of Qigong and can be practices by anyone regardless of age, experience or fitness level.
Learn how the Japanese art of Kensan can create inner stillness, peace and insight. Practiced in Japan for over 60 years, Kensan is a group process of "Sharpening The Point', allowing us to access new levels of awareness in the mind that we might not reach alone. Kensan can illuminate with simplicity, that which is hiding in plain sight.
