City of Niagara Falls announces first ever 'On the Rocks' Cocktail Festival


NIAGARA FALLS, ON - The City of Niagara Falls is excited to announce its first ever 'On the Rocks' Cocktail Festival, happening on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at the Niagara Falls Exchange. Presented by Spyce Lounge, the event will showcase craft spirits, cocktails and distilleries from the local area, mixology demonstrations, food, art installations and a full lineup of live musical performances. 

From whisky to vodka and rum to liqueurs, this event offers a chance to learn about the production process, meet the makers behind the brands, learn from talented mixologists, and find a new favourite cocktail.

  • Collective Arts
  • Forty Creek Distillery
  • Maverick Distillery Limited
  • NB Distillers
  • Niagara College Teaching Distillery (featuring live demonstrations)
  • Reid’s Distillery

Cocktail Bars and Lounge provided by:

  • 1954 Bourbon & Smoke (Cocktail Bar)
  • Campari Academy (Cocktail Lounge)
  • Local (Cocktail Bar)
  • Spyce Lounge (Cocktail Bar)

Wine and Beer Bar provided by:

  • Niagara College Teaching Winery and Brewery

Food & Merchandise vendors include: 

  • Rustic Food Company
  • Studio Vine Glass
Additional highlights include:
  • ‘Favourite Cocktail of the Night’ voting and award 
  • Full lineup of live music from the following acts:
    • 5 to 6 pm DJ Dave Stiles
    • 6 to 7 pm DRFTR
    • 7 to 8 pm Nick & Serena
    • 8 to 9 pm Years of Modern
    • 9 to 11 pm LMT Connection
  • Interactive art installations
  • Event-goers will have an exclusive invitation to the after party, hosted at Spyce Lounge located in the Hilton (6361 Fallsview Boulevard).
Interested attendees (19+) can now purchase tickets for $45. Each ticket provides admission for one adult, three drink/food tickets and a branded ‘On the Rocks’ glass. Additional drink/food tickets are available for $10 each.
