Survey: Welcome to Scouting Experience

Scouts Australia provides training to its adult members - this training includes nationally recognised Certificates III, Certificates IV and Diplomas in the areas of Leadership, Leadership Management, Outdoor Recreation and more.

Sylvia (Platypus) (Leader - Joey Scout Section) is currently working on her Wood Badge (aka Advanced) Scouting Training. Please see below message from her regarding a survey she is conducting as part of this training.
From Sylvia (Platypus) (Leader - Joey Scout Section):

I am working on completing my Scout Leader training (Wood Badge). As part of the training I need to complete a project which involves getting some feedback from a broad section of the scouting community in the form of a survey.

I have decided to focus on an aspect of scouting, which I feel needs improvement in our group and your honest feedback and responses will be really valuable.

Could I ask you all to please take the time to fill this in as honestly as you can. I am really hoping to get feedback directly from all section youth members, parents and leaders.

Could you please complete it before the 16th of April so I have time to interpret the results prior to the training course.

If you can’t answer a question or don’t have anything to say on a question that’s fine. Please focus on providing details on the parts that are important to you.

Finally, If you have any questions or want to know, more let me know.

REVIEW:
Friday 15th, Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th March
Reynella Scout Group Family Camp

In March (Friday 15th, Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th March) the Scout Group held its annual Family Camp. This great activity was held at Woodhouse Adventure Park with families arriving Friday or Saturday.

Over the weekend families; slid on the tube slides, conquered Challenge Hill, went looking for possums on a night walk, had a blast at laser tag, tried frisbee golf AND made new friends. What a great weekend!
