Junior Fire Academy Offered by Forsyth County Fire Department  


The Fire Department invites Forsyth County students to sign up for a week full of excitement and adventure during the Junior Fire Academy. For students entering seventh and eighth grade this fall, the camp will be held Monday, June 17, through Friday, June 21, 2024.  


The camp provides participants with education and experience surrounding the job of a firefighter. Areas of learning include firefighting, search-and-rescue practices, EMS and more.

Department of Water & Sewer Offers WaterSmart Online Portal


As part of its water meter upgrade project, Water & Sewer is now offering WaterSmart, a free online portal where County water customers can see their water usage data, get leak alerts and more.
