‘How To Tell a Story Through Comics’ scheduled at North Dakota Heritage Center & State Museum 

BISMARCK, N.D. - “How To Tell a Story Through Comics” is set for Saturday, April 13, at the North Dakota Heritage Center & Sate Museum in Bismarck. The event is free and open to the public. Registration is required, and space is limited.  

Join award-winning freelance and comic book artist Brad Thingvold to learn the basics of drawing comics and storytelling. Class members will find inspiration in the visuals of the temporary exhibit “Marvelocity: The Art of Alex Ross.” 

Two sessions will be offered. Ages 8-14 should register for the 10 a.m.-12 p.m. session at comics1.eventbrite.com. Ages 15 and up should register for the 1-2:30 p.m. session at comics2.eventbrite.com.
