Top global brands participated in the exhibition 

 
Hundreds of merchants participated in the DEALSHAKER exhibition, which took place on the third day of the World Congress. Big global brands such as Samsung, Samsonite, AVITA, international companies and many other businesses with their unique products had their own stands at the exhibition to showcase their products, connect directly with customers, and create useful business partnerships. The exhibition was held at Setia SPICE Convention Center SPICE, Penang, Malaysia. Hundreds of visitors enjoyed the great deals and products presented by Dealshaker merchants at the Expo.

Fashion, cosmetics, electronics, jewelry, and other unique products from different categories and industries were showcased to visitors who had the opportunity to view the items live and then purchase them online through the platform. Every single Dealshaker exhibition around the world enjoys huge interest and allows merchants to communicate directly with their buyers and significantly improve their sales. Merchants from the region have increased in recent months and Dealshaker online platform is enjoying great interest among businesses and more and more customers in Asia.

DEALSHAKER COUNTRY MANAGERS TRAINING AND ONE VITA WORKSHOP
Dealshaker Country Manager Training and ONE VITA Workshop were held during the World Congress in Malaysia. More than 50 country managers and IGC leaders participated in the special training related to the implementation of Deashaker Deal Standards and expected improvements in the DS system. They shared their experiences with merchants from all over the world and discussed the possibilities of supporting businesses sell more on the platform. The Deashaker Global Director Vladislav Velkov and Ivan Zerkov, Chief Operating Officer DEALSHAKER Global took part in the training.

During the same day, a special ONE VITA workshop was held with the participation of the creator and manufacturer of these skin-care products, Marina Mustapic. She presented to the leaders and country managers the latest products in the unique collection of ONE VITA - face masks, and explained the advantages of the new packaging, which will be avaiable for all the products very soon. The unique impact of liposomes, zeolites, natural ingredients and minerals in the products were presented in detail to all prospective distributors.

150 Country Board members and nearly 40 representatives from a total of 80 countries around the world were elected after voting by the IMAs.

With pride, appreciation, and ambitious goals, they accepted their new role in the ONE ECOSYSTEM. They have been in the project for years, and with dedicated work and belief in success, they have won the recognition of members in their countries and have been elected to represent their interests.

The main objective of the country board is to facilitate effective communication and coordination between the Company's corporate headquarters and the IMAs operating within their respective countries. Country board members will work diligently and in continuous communication with the company and everyone to achieve successful results and development of our projects. Nearly 150 people from all over the world were elected by your votes to participate as members of the Country Boards. In countries where a Country board could not be formed, representatives of the respective country were elected.

They all are passionate about crypto and blockchain technologies, diligently pursued ONE ACADEMY education, and believe that the ONE cryptocurrency project will help people in the world live a better life. With good experience in technology, finance, commerce, education, business management, marketing, and many other industries they plan to grow ONE ECOSYSREM market worldwide. DEALSHAKER EXPO IN CAMBODIA 
А new IMA office was officially opened in the country, too

Great products, enthusiastic merchants, and a lot of sales - that's how the Dealshaker exhibition, which took place in Cambodia, went. Merchants from the region presented their products, and many buyers excitedly purchased the deals directly through their smartphones, scanning the QR code of each product. Food and beverage, cosmetics, fashion, electronics, handmade products, and even vehicles found a place in the exhibition, which once again proved the endless possibilities that the Dealshaker platform gives.

The Dealshaker Country manager Chhum Sokneov, and the passionate team of the newest IMA office in Cambodia - Seng Monyrath, Vhon Mab, and Saren MonyHoly supported merchants to present their products in the best way in the exhibition.

Cambodians are adopting eCommerce both as consumers and merchants, and there is significant untapped market potential in the sector fueled by exploding internet access, high smartphone penetration, and a young, growing middle class. Cambodia's fintech sector has developed rapidly in the past several years. More Cambodians are using their smartphones for a variety of services including QR code payments, and cashless money transfers between e-wallets and bank accounts.

А new IMA office was officially opened in Cambodia. The office is located at Tapol Village, Svay Dongkum District, Siemreap Province, Cambodia, and works as a ONE VITA showroom. The office also supports all Dealshaker merchants in the region with training and advice related to the opportunities to sell more online and be successful merchants on the global platform.

DEALS WITH ATTRACTIVE GALLERY AND VIDEOS SELL MORE
Following Dealshaker’s standards, merchants improve the content of deals 

“The Gallery is the place to showcase and present the product in its best way. Photos of products can sell more than the price and description. So beautiful, high-quality photos that represent the product in the best possible way are recommended” said Mr.Ivan Zerkov, Chief Operating Officer DEALSHAKER Global during his participation in the Newsroom show.

“There are no limits on the number of uploaded images when the merchant creates his deals. It is good as well to upload organic real photos, showing the product in a real environment, usage, and situation. This is how the buyer can imagine it in the best way and decide if the product will fill his own reality. Images, as well as all content related to the deal in Dealshaker, must comply with DS terms, rules, and policies. No uncensored content, illegal content, misleading photos, and unfair trade practices are allowed”, Mr, Zerkov added.

He said that images must accurately represent the item listed for sale and match the product title provided. "The photographs must give a clear and realistic idea of the size, type, and application. Don’t be afraid to use your smartphone’s camera. You can upload a video or embed a link. The video should include appropriate product characteristics like safety features, performance, technical specifications, dimensions, weight, etc. Customer reviews or demonstrations of the products/services are allowed”, said Mr. Zerkov.

NO CONDITIONAL DEALS ALLOWED ON DEALSHAKER
Instructions for the DS Country Managers
 
Dear CMs,
Bear in mind that publishing and approving any conditional deals is not allowed in the DEALSHAKER. Make sure you carefully read the description of each deal, and in case there is any condition put regarding payment, delivery, etc, that breaches the DS T&C, you need to reject this deal. 

If the merchant wants to publish a deal with a certain percentage of ONEs included but has put in the description that delivery of the products will be completed after the ONEs part has been converted through the DSP, this deal has to be rejected as this condition violates the DS T&C. The DS Country managers are responsible for the accuracy of the deals, and if such deals are approved by the CM, he/she will be held accountable. 

Be careful, take enough time to carefully check the deals you approve, and let's make sure our customers enjoy high-quality products and services and do not become victims of unloyal merchants!
DEALSHAKER COMPLIANCE 

Some deals must be confirmed by the Compliance department.
 
We are thrilled to share some exciting updates with you regarding the approval process for high-value items on our platform. At Dealshaker, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and trust, ensuring that only loyal and reliable merchants offer their products through our E-commerce platform.

In line with this objective, we are implementing a new procedure to enhance the approval process for items such as jewelry above 500 euros, real estate properties, and cars. Going forward, these items will not only be subject to the review of the Dealshaker country managers but also require the approval of our Compliance
team before they are published on DS.

This additional layer of scrutiny aims to provide an extra level of assurance to our valued community members. By involving the Compliance
 team in the approval process, we will ensure that merchants offering high-value items meet the necessary criteria and adhere to our strict quality standards.

The Compliance team will carefully assess each item to verify its authenticity, value, and legitimacy. This thorough review process will help safeguard against any potential fraudulent or substandard offerings and maintain the reputation of the Dealshaker platform.
KYC- APPROVED ONLY CAN EXECUTE CASH OPERATIONS
Active users can deploy their accounts

We remind all members that only users with "Аctive" status, who have successfully completed the KYC verification process, uploaded their personal documents proving their identity and address, and have been approved by the KYC department, can execute cash operations.

Only Active and KYC accounts are able to: send or receive cash, reserve cash & coins, request withdrawal, and convert ONEs to/from DSCP.

The verification process is carried out in order to protect each user in the ONE ECOSYSTEM and to minimize the risk of illegal activities, such as money laundering and terrorist financing. To get active status, each user has to upload his documents to My profile - KYC. All personal documents and data are fully protected and only the KYC department can access them, which carefully reviews and checks each document.

If all your documents are correct, you will be approved, your profile will be verified and automatically activated. Only in this case you can use all the features and functionality of the system, send and receive ONEs, convert funds, or pay for the deployment of your account.
 
SIMPLIFIED BONUS PROCESS

Effective 2024, the Trading wallet will no longer be used. 
 
To improve the regulatory framework and technical requirements and facilitate our members, in 2024, the Trading wallet will be removed. This change is purely technological and DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY ACTION FROM USERS.  
 

Receive your bonuses directly into tokens!
 
Currently, Direct Sales Bonuses have been distributed in the following proportion: 60% go to the Cash wallet, and 40% go to the Trading wallet. The Start-Up bonus is paid entirely in EUR in the IMA's Trading wallet, and the user has to convert them into tokens to receive ONEs. After the payout of bonuses, the funds will be auto-converted into tokens. This will simplify the whole process.  
 
Faster, easier, and secure  
 
This action will be improved soon for the benefit and convenience of our Members. The bonuses will be received directly as tokens in the Promotional Tokens Wallet instead of the Trading Wallet. This will be an automatic operation that will significantly ease the process of converting EUR into tokens. 
 
All transactions and conversion operations in our system are secure and meet the highest safety standards. Transactions using tokens are recorded on a decentralized blockchain, increasing transparency and trust in the system.  

Our digital tokens are more secure than physical assets, stored on a secure, encrypted blockchain. This change will remove the need to store and transport physical assets, simplifying custody and reducing the associated costs and risks.
EDUCATIONAL MODULES CODES – VALIDITY
All codes are valid within 90 days from the date of purchase

We would like to remind all IMAs that as per the Company policy, all codes expire in 90 days after the order was placed. Please note that these codes cannot be replaced, refunded, or used beyond their expiration date. We kindly request you to make a note of the expiration date mentioned with each code and ensure that you redeem them before the expiration date. After this period, the codes will no longer be valid and cannot be extended or reactivated.

We would also advise all IMAs to finalize their payments as soon as possible after placing the order, so that they can redeem their codes within the 90-day period.

IMAs can withdraw the funds from their CASH WALLETS in USDT as well
 
All IMAs can now use the option to withdraw funds from their Cash Wallets both in BTC and USDT.

There are two options visible under Payment Details: BTC and USDT. 

IMPORTANT!
Make sure the USDT Wallet you would like to provide in our system is TRC20 (Tether-TRON token using the TRON Network) and NOT ERC20 etc. In case you attempt to withdraw an amount to an ERC20 USDT wallet, the funds might be lost, and the transaction cannot be reverted.

Please be informed that if you want to load cash into your digital cash wallet, you have two options to do it by the following procedure below:

AN ANNUAL FEE FOR IMAs EARNING AN INCOME

The Back-office will continue to be free for everyone activating their accounts and to have access to the Education Modules.


IMAs who earn income in the Network during an annual/12-month period will be required to pay either 10€, 20€, or the maximum of 30€, depending on their income, for example (100+, 1000+, or 10,000+ euros).

This fee will be automatically deducted, and the entire sum will be deposited into the account of the Country Board to which the IMAs belong!

This account will be controlled by the Country Board, and it will be used in the best interest of IMAs in that particular country.
