NOTICE OF GENERAL ELECTION

VILLAGE OF SAN LEANNA

The Village of San Leanna will hold a General Election on Saturday, May 4, 2024 to elect three (3) Alderpersons. The polling place for all voters currently registered in San Leanna will be at the San Leanna Community Center located at 11906 Sleepy Hollow Lane.

Voting will take place May 4, 2024 during the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Early voting will be available at the San Leanna Community Center located at 11906 Sleepy Hollow Lane during the following hours:

April 22-24, 2019 from 11:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m
April 29-30, 2019 from 11:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Meter Reader

Meter reader is responsible for reading and recording all meters on the meter route once per month.
** The candidate must be physically able to access the meter boxes and walk long distances.**

Zoning Administrator

The Zoning Administrator is responsible for implementing and enforcing the Village Zoning Ordinance by providing information about zoning procedures and requirements, working with homeowners and builders, coordinating with inspection services, providing information to the zoning committee regarding variance requests, and sharing with the Board any problems in the zoning ordinance or issues with compliance.
The Zoning Administrator must also report to the Board at its monthly meetings, detailing any activities in the Village of San Leanna that are related to the Zoning Ordinance.

Dumpster

The dumpster will be available this weekend at the park on Sunset Dr.

This dumpster will remain temporarily for use by Village of San Leanna residents for bulk miscellaneous items.

This service is for Village of San Leanna properties only. Please do not share information regarding the dumpster with individuals who do not live in the Village.

IMPORTANT: Please be considerate of other residents by placing items in the dumpster in a manner that does not block others from using the dumpster!
The dumpster will only be available until it April 8th or until it is full.

Please find restrictions below for what is and is NOT permitted for disposal in the dumpster, and let me know if you have any questions!

Village of San Leanna Garden Club

April 14th, 2024 @ 1 pm

Join us at Mary and Dennis Wright's house,
(613 Old Manchaca Road, Austin, TX 78748)
to take a tour of their beautiful, pollinator-friendly backyard garden, their greenhouse, and their apiary.

We'll talk about beekeeping and all the plants that Mary and Dennis love growing, (and how they support pollinators.) Light bites and sweets will be provided.

We'll also have some seedlings to give away, (Central TX-adapted tomatoes and more.)
