Please plan to attend this month's Band Booster Meeting. We will be presenting the candidates for open Board positions and the budget for next season as well as other important announcements. Voting will take place at the May meeting.

If you ordered hanging flower baskets, they will be available for pick up at the booster meeting!

Calling all band parents! We have a few important committee chair positions open for the 2024 - 2025 season. If you are interested in learning more about what these positions entail, or are willing to take on the position, please contact Karen Vaughan at booster_president@northpauldingband.com or talk to a board member at the booster meeting or kick off meeting this week.

2024 Marching Band Kickoff Meeting
Thursday, April 11th at 7:30 in the NPHS Auditorium

Our Marching Band Kickoff for the 2024-2025 season is THIS THURSDAY! You won't want to miss it - show reveal, leadership, all the season details...and all your band friends!!
Rising 9th graders are highly encouraged to attend so be sure to share the social media posts and tell your friends with 8th graders who are heading to North!
Parents, we will have committee information in the cafeteria before the meeting so you can meet our awesome committee chairs and sign up to be part of the committee(s) you are most interested in! It takes a lot of people to get all the behind the scenes work done and WE NEED YOU! Come see us!
Can't wait to see our marching band family again!

Sheets Fundraiser
Orders due: Monday, April 22nd
We're kicking off our spring sheets fundraiser this week! Your student should come home with a packet mid-week so be sure to ask them for it. It will contain everything you need to show these popular sheets off to friends, family, and co-workers. Don't forget about your friends with graduating seniors or college kids - we sell Twin XL which is the bed size many dorms have.
There are two says to sell the sheets:
- You can collect orders in person and turn in the order form and money into the band safe by the deadline - Monday, April 22nd. The sheets will be delivered to the school and available for pick up at the Spring Concert on April 30th. You then deliver them to your "customers"!
- Out of town friends and family can participate also! Anyone can order sheets online here: www.outoftownorders.com and they will ship directly to them.
IMPORTANT!! Be sure anyone purchasing onine enters your band student’s code so they get credit for your sale. At checkout, you will enter “NPHS” followed by their last name. Example: Frosty Snowman would be NPHSSnowman.

Color Guard Auditions - April 22-25
Color Guard auditions for the fall marching season are coming up! If you are interested in being a part of the Color Guard this fall, please register using the link below or scan the QR code. Be sure to spread the word by sharing with your friends too! We are looking forward to an amazing season!

Reminder: The final deadline for the extension of payment of marching dues was December 1st. All accounts should now be paid in full. Please be sure to settle up your account if you have not already done so. You may contact Mr. Mack or our Treasurer David Futch to make payment arrangements if necessary. Monthly statements will be going out soon to everyone.
Dues can be paid by cash or check through the band room safe (please place in sealed envelope with student name and "Dues" written on it), by check mailed to the address shown at the bottom of this email, or with a debit or credit card through the website (PayPal fees apply).

We have so many fundraisers going on right now that all help support the band program AND add to your student band account! The Indoor programs are also holding fundraisers that everyone is welcome to participate in. Please check them out below or on our website and share with everyone you know. Join us in raising money for the Band simply by using gift cards where you’re already shopping. It’s easy, rewarding, and fits perfectly into your busy life.
With the RaiseRight app, you can purchase e-gift cards while at the register and then use it within seconds to pay for your purchase! Want to send a plastic gift card to someone? You can do that too! This fundraiser is open all year long!
For each gift card purchased, RaiseRight donates a percentage back to the Band. We then split that amount 50/50 between your student account and the General Fund. Watch for bonus earning opportunities too! It all adds up!

- Fill out the information to create your account. Be sure to put your student's name in the "Who are you earning for?" box.
- Link your bank account to enroll in online payments.
- Browse the participating merchants and make your first purchase!
Anyone can raise funds for the Band and your student too! Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents...the more the merrier!

Do you shop at Kroger? Are you registered for Kroger Community Rewards? You should be!
Kroger Community Rewards is a one-and-done, super simple way to support the Band. Once you have registered and selected the North Paulding Band Boosters, Inc as your organization, every purchase you make using your Kroger card is added up and a portion is donated to the band on a quarterly basis. Set it and forget it! How easy is that?

If you are using the Kroger app, click the hamburger menu (3 lines) at top right. Then click Rewards, then Community Rewards. You can complete the enrollment on the resulting page.
If you are using the Kroger website on your computer, sign in, then click your name in the top right of the screen to expand the menu. Select "My Account". Scroll down until you see the Community Rewards section and click there to be taken to the enrollment screen.
This is another one that anyone can do to help the Band! Friends and family welcome!
