  • SRC TUTORING UPDATES
There will be NO English, History, and Writing tutoring on the following dates:
April 29th & 30th. May 6th & 7th. Tutoring will resume May 12th. There will be NO After School Science Tutoring the week of April 22nd. After School Science Tutoring will resume on April 29th.
 
  • LIBRARY BOOK UPDATES
Attention SENIORS!! Please return ALL library books by TODAY Friday, April 26th to avoid any Library fees added to your account.
 
  • SILC & INDEPENDENT STUDY
The deadline to submit your SILC or Independent Study application is fast approaching! Please ensure that your application is submitted before TODAY Friday, April 26th. Late applications will NOT be accepted.
 
  • HYPE LEADER APPLICATIONS
Are you interested in joining one of OPRF’s leadership programs? Do you care about promoting mental health, wellness, and drug and alcohol prevention at OPRF? THEN APPLY TO BE A LEADER IN HYPE FOR NEXT SCHOOL YEAR! HYPE is a very active student club - we present workshops in classes and plan lunch time activities throughout the year. HYPE is also a great opportunity to build your leadership experience for college and career applications! To apply for HYPE, please complete the HYPE Application by Friday, April 26th and ask 2 adults (not related to you) to complete a HYPE Recommendation for you by TODAY Friday, April 26th. You will also need to complete an interview in May.
 
  • TABULA YBK+
Seniors (class of 2024) check out this new feature we are trying for this year's yearbook! You can add 10 of your own digital images that will show up when viewers scan your senior portrait in the yearbook with their phone. We also have Prom and Graduation albums for the Seniors to upload as well. This way we all get a sneak peek of 2024 Prom/Grad. before we publish those events in next year's book. Seniors can start contributing now! The ""Contribute"" QR code will only work for our Senior Class of 2024.
 
  • PROM 2024- ‘A NIGHT ON CLOUD 9!’
Tickets are now on sale for Prom 2024!! OPRF Students are $110 and Guests are $120 now to May 3rd. Prices increase to $140 between May 4th to May 8th. Purchases can be made in The Bookstore with Cash & Card OR use THIS LINK to purchase online! There are NO Physical Tickets! All tickets are digital and will be in the 5Star app by May 15th! All Guest Tickets can only be purchased in the Bookstore with an Approved Guest Ticket Voucher (available in the SAC after approved guest form has been received).
It is recommended that you take a picture of your receipt. Any questions, stop by the Student Activities Center.
 
  • 2024 BEYOND HUNGER FOOD DRIVE
Gather your advisory, activity or sport to participate in this year's annual food drive for Beyond Hunger! Freshman Class Council and Faculty Senate would like to raise $10,000 from the OPRFHS community to fight hunger in our backyard. Please consider donating through RevTrak or cash to help us meet our goal. The advisory that has the highest participation rates will receive a donut breakfast!
 
  • FAFSA ASSISTANCE
An ISAC representative is here to help you every Tuesday during lunch periods in RM 3151. Drop-ins are welcome!
 
  • OPRF COMMUNITY BLOCK PARTY
You’re invited to the Oak Park and River Forest High School Community Block Party on Sunday, May 19th from 1 - 4 p.m.! Join us for an exciting day featuring the legendary alumni band The Jade 50's, a variety of food trucks, face painting, bounce houses, and numerous other family-friendly activities. It’s all happening on the Mall on the west side of OPRF, where you’ll also have the chance to take a lap on the new track! Don’t miss out on the fun! Check out the flyer HERE.
 
  • ENVIRO CLUB THRIFT SHOP
Come shop TOMORROW Saturday, 4/27 and Sunday, 4/28 from 2-5 PM in the East Gym. Women's, men's, kids' clothing. Still Accepting Donations. All proceeds go to local charities. CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. Thrift and take a stand for environmental justice!

The show is in the North Cafeteria on TONIGHT Friday, April 26th starting at 6:00 pm.
