MESSAGE FROM ELENA

On the real estate and mortgage side, the situation remains similar to last week. The Central Bank has decided to hold the interest rate steady at 5%. Meanwhile, we're seeing more listings come onto the market. Despite this influx, the homes are quickly being absorbed, and housing prices are continuing to rise slowly but surely. It looks like it will be a promising spring for both buyers and sellers.

If you're curious about the current value of your home, or if you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out. I'm here to help.

Best regards,

Elena
