APRIL 2024 NEWSLETTER

One of the best parts of the job for clinicians at Bradley REACH is seeing the feedback that our teens and their families give us when we leave the program.

Here are just a few examples:

Initially, many families were wary about participating in a virtual program.  Many had had negative experiences of virtual school, and assumed that their teens wouldn’t be able to engage for hours each day on screen. But most were surprised:

More and more though, much of the feedback we receive doesn’t even mention the program being virtual. Instead comments focus on the quality of the clinical team and the importance of peer connections:

We’re committed to expanding access to the high quality support that the Bradley REACH virtual program can offer.  We’re so excited that telehealth makes this level of care accessible to many teens and their families for the first time. To talk more about how we expand access to intensive treatment, please email us at bradleyreach@lifespan.org.
