The Japanese Comfort Food x Southern menu will include a wide selection of hearty, flavor-packed dishes, including chicken karaage (large pieces of boneless chicken thigh marinated for 24 hours and breaded with potato starch), teba (chicken wings), and chicken nanban (boneless chicken breast tossed in tare and topped with tartar sauce). Every piece of chicken is marinated for 24 hours, giving entrees an irresistible and unique combination of soy, garlic, and ginger-based flavors. A delicious alternative protein option will be Tori’s perfectly flaky catfish wrapped in crispy house panko breading.
