  • See the Final Exam schedule and visit Wake Study Space to find locations to study as finals approach.

Graduate and professional school students:

  • Please see your school or program calendar for key academic dates and action items.

Walk with Wente featuring Kevin Jung Professor, Theological Ethics and Moral Philosophy: In the most recent episode, President Wente walks and talks with Kevin Jung, Professor of Theological Ethics and Moral Philosophy, about how his work addresses big questions about finding reality, the meaning of life and how people should live their lives.

News

  • Starter gun to be used at track and field event tomorrow: The Wake Forest men’s and women’s track and field programs will host a meet tomorrow at Kentner Stadium. The competition is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. The last event is tentatively set to begin at 11 p.m. A starter gun may be heard throughout the day.
  • Important message about prescriptions and allergy serum at Deacon Health: Students should check to make sure they have adequate supplies of any prescription medication to last through the summer, and if they need a refill, students should submit that request as soon as possible (especially for refills of psychiatric medications, which may require an in-person visit to refill). Students who receive allergy injections must pick up all their serum before they leave for the summer.
  • Workday Financials: Now that advising, academic planning, and course registration are fully rolling in Workday Student, the implementation team is looking forward to the next milestone, which focuses on moving student financial activities into Workday, including billing, financial aid disbursements and more. Students will soon be invited to virtual demonstrations on May 1 and June 12 to learn how to find and engage with their financial information. And just like with advising and registration, training materials will be available online. Mark your calendar!
